En arrivant nous avons été heureux de voir a quel point le cadre est magnifique. Très classe tout en étant très nature. Très propre, très bien entretenu.
La chambre magnifique avec une literie très confortable.
Un repas vraiment excellent, un plaisir à chaque bouchée.
Le personnel agréable.
Mon seul regret est de n’avoir passé qu'une nuit et de ne pas pouvoir assez profiter de cet endroit magnifique.
Nous resterons peut-être encore manger la demain midi si le soleil est le même qu’hier.

Mas de Fauchon is set in a beautiful natural location, offering peace, tranquility, and scenic surroundings. Our dog was warmly welcomed and had an absolute blast exploring the large domaine—he didn’t mind any of the issues we noticed; he was just happy to be there!

The room we stayed in had doors opening to what could have been a stunning view. However, the view was obstructed by bushes, which offered privacy—something others might appreciate, but we felt it detracted from the setting.

Unfortunately, the facilities and overall ambiance feel neglected. The rooms are worn out, and heating was provided by a very old portable heater that smelled like it had been in use for decades. The air conditioning also didn’t work. Small details, like cheap printed plastic signs scattered across the property, only added to the worn-out feeling.

Dinner focused heavily on traditional meat dishes paired with wine, which might appeal to fans of classic French countryside dining. For us, the baked-off bread and lack of fresh, vegetable-forward options were disappointing, especially in a country celebrated for its bread and vegetables.

We want to sincerely thank the kind and hardworking host who seemed to be managing both the hotel and the restaurant single-handedly. Her professionalism and dedication made our stay more bearable, and she deserves a lot of credit.

In summary, Mas de Fauchon might appeal to countryside enthusiasts or longtime visitors who remember its better days. While the location is stunning and our dog had a great time, the dated facilities, lack of maintenance, and uninspired atmosphere make it difficult to recommend at this price point.

Nous avons passé la journée au Mas de Fauchon pour profiter de la piscine et y déjeuner. Accueil, service et qualité des prestations irréprochables. Nous nous sommes tout de suite bien sentis avec nos 2 jeunes enfants. Je recommande !
