Si la note de 6/5 était possible nous l’aurions attribué ! Cet endroit est merveilleux tant par sa beauté que par l’âme que lui a donné sa propriétaire. Tout est pur, confortable, entretenu, épuré, chic. Tout est parfait. Le personnel est au petit soin et discret. La nourriture est excellente. Il n’y a que très peu de clients en même temps, nous avons ainsi le temps de tout apprécier, surtout le calme. Nous sommes venus avec notre fille de deux an et demi, parfaitement bien accueillie. Nous reviendrons c’est une certitude. Merci infiniment.

A haven of tranquility, very tastefully renovated and decorated. If you like absolute calm in a serene setting, then this place is for you. We stayed here twice for a week in 2019 and 2023. We found a lavish and original breakfast buffet, very large rooms, and an almost medieval charm. Even when fully booked, you likely will find a spot to be on your own in the different corners of the outdoor spaces. The reason we won’t be going here anymore is that the staff took some irreplaceable object of value from our room, the one moment we forgot to lock it in the safe. Not a problem for us, but possibly for some: some of the staff—e.g., the service at breakfast—did not speak French nor English.

Venus en couple pour la cinquième fois pour célébrer un nouvel anniversaire de mariage , on aime toujours autant la beauté pure immaculée du lieu, la quiétude, la décoration soigneuse , simple mais réfléchie avec chaque objet chinée ( par la délicieuse maîtresse des lieux Mme Pagès) à leur place comme si ils avaient été toujours là !
Un lieu hors du temps où l'on en a envie de se cloîtrer à 2 pour l'éternité!!! ????❤️

I was motivated to write this review after seeing the hotel's 4.2-star rating on Google, which I feel does not fully capture its true quality. It appears that almost all of the lower ratings stem from nearly identical reviews from a single wedding party, skewing the overall perception unfairly.

This hotel is one of the most unique and stunning places we've stayed, with beautifully tranquil grounds that smell wonderful.

Although the hotel lacks some amenities typically found in 5-star establishments, such as a full spa or room service, our experience surpassed that of many other high-end hotels. The staff was very friendly and eager to help, despite varied levels of English proficiency, and the housekeeping was top-notch — our room was meticulously refreshed daily. Despite our late check-in at 1:30 AM, a staff member named Van was waiting with a luggage trolley to greet us. There are three small pools on the grounds, which is more than enough given the limited number of rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the town center, which offers several boulangeries and restaurants. Breakfast and lunch options are plentiful; for dinner, it's wise to make reservations or consider a quick 15-minute drive to St. Remy for more dining choices. Despite the fewer offerings, I preferred this location over some of the more popular and crowded, touristy villages.

One improvement — while it’s unclear if the volume of international guests justifies it, having English-speaking staff available to take phone calls would enhance the service. We had several frustrating hang-ups before finally connecting with someone who spoke enough English to assist us.
