Afin de refaire le rayonnage de la roue de mon velo electrique, après de multiples refus d'autres professionnels sous prétexte qu'ils ne savaient pas ou parce que je n'avais pas acheté mon vélo chez eux, j'ai enfin trouvé ce grand professionnel qui m'a fait le travail rapidement et parfaitement.
Merci pour sa compétence et sa disponibilité.
Resultat: je vais changer mon vélo et l'acheter chez lui.

I brought my bike to Joël not knowing what the issue was, but he was quickly able to diagnose the problem for me on the spot with relevant price and time estimates.
Joël is clearly someone who takes pride in his work; he does the best job possible for all his customers but also practices a fair service - not overcharging or taking advantage of people who do not have a deep knowledge of bicycles.
I received my bicycle back within 1 week, all smoothly managed via text, and the issue was solved at the optimal price.
Joël was also very accommodating in speaking English. I'll definitely be returning when I next have any issues.
