Service was terrible. We were greeted with what seemed like overworked and stressed staff. Very rude and nonchalente to seat us. When we missed our reservation at the main restaurant downstairs, although we called and said we were stuck in traffic and the guy that answered said that it was fine they will hold the table for us, we were told to go upto to the Bikini Terrace where we will be served there only to be left with a limited menu, with only cold dishes as the kitchen has now closed. Disappointing for someone that drove 2 hours to see this place. The only thing that made this place palatable was the beautiful view we got access to.

À Tuba le temps se suspend, la vie est douce, la cuisine à tomber, les chambres parfaites et les baignades exquises. Tout est pensé pour qu’une fois arrivés, on ne pense plus qu’à profiter et ancrer tout ce bonheur! Merci à tous, comptez sur moi pour l’année prochaine!
