I rarely add any ratings, but Victoria made our stay extra special. She gave us a lot of attention and advised the best places to go, making all the reservations. The hotel is atmospheric and the rooms are recently refurbished. Dinner was good too

We didn’t stay at the hotel—luckily. The place looks charming, but service was a disaster. We attended a cooking class and dinner here. While the class was private and pleasant, dinner was chaotic. The chef was overwhelmed cooking for both us and a full restaurant. Three couples left unserved after waiting 30+ minutes. We sat with empty plates and glasses, had to ask the manager to clean the table, and were met with rudeness from the waiter/barman, who asked “What do you want?” and looked annoyed we spoke English. We paid €250pp expecting a curated experience—but ended up feeling like unpaid staff. The food we prepared was served to other guests. Completely unacceptable.
