My husband and I spent almost 3 weeks in southern France in June. We enjoyed numerous high-end (some very expensive) meals during our trip, yet we feel so lucky to have found this unassuming food cart near the Calanques. Thanks to chef Cecilia, we enjoyed the best sandwich in the world, and are still talking about it 2 months later.
We highly recommend the pan bagnat, a hard-to-find Nice specialty. After enjoying our sandwiches with a perfect ocean view, we returned to pay our sincerest compliments to the chef. Sweet Cecilia responded with tears in her eyes and a huge smile, which is proof of how seriously she takes her craft.
Amazingly delicious food for cheap, quick and friendly service, with a beautiful view— we hope to experience this magic again someday! Merci, Cecilia!
