No question. Best dinner ever. Not saying this lightly as we have had the great pleasure of eating at multiple Michelin 3 star restaurants, including addresses found on the Conde Naste top 50 in the world, and AM sits a level above. Yes….will travel for food. We went here for a birthday dinner unsure of what to expect. It would be quite easy to walk right past without taking note. The space itself is sparse and unimpressive. If you are looking for super luxury, Mediterranean views or distant vistas, this is not the place. Once seated the team is engaged and in gear. The staff professional and naturally friendly. The kitchen is open and the kitchen team is in full display. There is no yelling or loud clanking and Alexandre directs quietly. What emerges from the kitchen is masterful. Creativity, originality and genius served on a plate. We each had the ‘grand voyage’ which to memory was 7 courses. Each course then divided into various small plates and flavors with matching themed cutlery. A visual feast as well. The meal was an adventure and discovery in itself. A small exploration to a new world. At the meals end the chef came to visit and was gentle and kind. Though we have continued to explore, we have yet to find a meal to match this.

Le meilleur sandwich végétarien que j’ai jamais mangé. Merci beaucoup pour la gentillesse pour l’accueil pour la rapidité du service. Et pour les petits conseils en plus, un petit peu cher, mais ça vaut le coup et si j’ai un petit conseil c’est simplement détaler la garniture du sandwich., Aujourd’hui c’était le big Brother et malheureusement les courgettes, c’était juste une boule au centre du sandwich et je pense que ça aurait été meilleur répartis uniformément dans l’ensemble du sandwich
Un choix de boisson un peu plus originale, serait plus en adéquation comme du kombucha par exemple
Le dessert me tentait bien, tartelette aux fraises mais un petit peu cher 9€ , donc je me suis abstenu

Mon fils tenait vraiment à goûter le food truck AM… étant une famille de cuistot, on ne rigole pas avec le Fait maison. Bref, nous avons pris 2 Tapio cam, 2 frites et 2 tartelettes fraise… interessant !!! Mais mention spéciale pour la tarte aux fraises, parfaitement équilibrée….
