Cependant pas de pizza le soir de notre venu .
Un petit conseil si je peux me permettre, élargir un peu les plats végé.
Voulant passer un bon moment cela a été impactant car je ne viens pas au restaurant pour négocier avec du personnel qui commettent des fautes et ne savent pas les assumer.
Cependant, nous avons (très) moyennement apprécié le manque d’honnêteté de la part des équipes : une assiette est soudainement apparue sans communication avec un service en bout de table…
Nous avons donc commencé à grignoter pensant que cette assiette était une sorte d’entrée de bienvenue. 20 minutes plus tard, le serveur est venu nous demander si nous avions commandé cette assiette et la réponse fut « non » naturellement, en option une remarque déplacée de la part du serveur. Arrivées au moment de payer, quelle surprise d’apprendre que nous devions payer nos deux poulpes et une assiette que nous n’avions jamais commandé par erreur du serveur au prix de 19€. Lorsque nous avons expliqué la situation, nous devions quand même payer parce que je cite « vous l’avez consommé »… Dommage pour un restaurant d’avoir un service et un manque de transparence dans un lieu si charmant… Cela rend l’expérience beaucoup moins attractive.
Asked for a outside table, but been told there was only a table inside. We accepted.
Once there, they gave us a table outside and when I told the owner that we were told about a table inside just 15 minutes before at the phone, he replied that inside was not good for him anymore. Ok, but not a great start.
On the other side, Staff was kind and professional.
Unfortunately, food was not good (at least not at the level of our expectations - messy food presentation, mixed tastes, extravagant recipes, overpriced - 107 euros for a shared starter, two main dishes and a bottle of wine, dining close to boats engines it’s quite expensive to me).
We had the feeling it is a very common and touristic place , fully filled with people everywhere.
Probably the right place to have just a great grilled or oven cooked fish but unfortunately that was not our choice
Later in the dinner I ordered a crème brûlée from the same waiter.
It was brought to us and we shared it, straight away I started to feel a reaction kicking in so I went inside and asked the staff if the crème brûlée had nuts to which they informed me was a hazelnut crème brûlée. I proceeded to feel very unwell and my mouth and throat started to swell and I informed them I had an allergy and that I had told the waiter when ordering
They could barely offer an apology, and just said “hmm, my bad” and also informed me this happened earlier on the SAME NIGHT with someone with a lobster allergy.
We had to call an ambulance to check me over and ensure I was okay and then still proceeded to charge us for the meal. They said they took off the starters and the crème brûlée as a gesture of goodwill?
I will most likely never return here, they barely accepted responsibility or accountability aside from a verbal sorry and “my bad”. The food before this was good but if you have any allergies I would definitely never come here. They are very lucky my allergy was not anaphylaxis level.
Pizzas très bonnes mais panisses infectes toutes molles et réchauffées.
Nous ne reviendrons plus.
Allez y les yeux fermés.
Le poisson est certe un peu cher mais de qualité et le plat est copieux donc l'entrée est superflue. La présentation est aussi très sympa.
Les profiteroles sont extraordinaires j'en ai encore l'eau à la bouche.
Je recommande !
Nous avons appelé au moins 7-8 fois à heures différentes et impossible d’avoir quelqu’un…
Nous ne reviendrons malheureusement plus…
