Très sympa comme hôtel. Personnel au top chambre propre

I stayed in a female four bed dorm for two nights, this is my honest review of my stay; the walk from the train station at night was somewhat sketchy but I found the hostel easily and the area around it was much better and felt safe during the day. The location is great as you are close to various stores, cafes, restaurants and the old port. Reception was easy, the receptionist spoke both English and French well and service was quick. The entry way to some of the rooms is a bit strange, there’s a long grey staircase up and you have to pass through what looks like fire doors to get to the actual corridors of rooms. The room itself was decent, in my room the two bathrooms (one toilet and one shower / sink) were on the bottom floor with the four lockers and the four beds were up a small wooden staircase. The beds were fairly comfortable, although there was only one small window in the room on the ceiling. I felt safe inside the hostel and my roommates were very friendly. Breakfast was definitely not worth 6 euros, it was simply baguettes with a few slices of cheese, jams, a bad coffee machine and some juices. I went elsewhere on the second morning. Overall I would say the hostel is worth what you pay for but it’s definitely not luxurious by any means.

Optimal location, friendly and multicultural staff always available to help. Two kitchens, lovely rooms in traditional buildings, and above all a flexible hostel vibe! I wish all cities had a hostel with such a wonderful home for travellers that doesn't feel like an industrial backpacker hotel!

Vertigo Marseille offers a solid experience with a couple of standout features. The beds were okay - comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, though a bit more space would have been ideal. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Another plus is the shared kitchen, which is a convenient option for those who prefer to cook. It’s a great place to stay if you’re looking to relax and enjoy Marseille.

J'ai passé une agréable nuit dans une chambre de deux, accueil chaleureux, chambre spacieuse et propre ainsi lingerie, prix imbattable pour un endroit situé au vieux port, pour les véhiculés y'a des stationnement à proximité ex: à7 mn de l'hôtel( 55 rue neuve sainte Catherine ) (place saint Victor), je vous le conseille vivement . Arésto.

Gut gelegenes Hostel! Gute Lage nahe dem Hafen, von wo aus man das meiste zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die hauseigene Bar ist gut, Restaurants und Supermärkte liegen sehr nahe. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, nicht besonders gemütlich. Dafür gibt es schöne Aufenthaltsräume. Für jedes Dorm gibt es mehrere Bäder, mal nur eine Toilette mal mit Dusche. Diese müssten häufiger gereinigt werden. Außerdem kann es mal laut werden, wenn jemand seine Sachen packt o. ä. Das Personal ist extrem nett und sehr hilfsbereit, perfekt für einen 2-4 tage Aufenthalt. Leider sind die Spinde sehr klein, ein Wanderrucksack muss in den Sping gequetscht werden.

I spent 5 nights and next time i will visit Marseille i will sure stay in your hostel. The staff are very friendly, helpful. easy check in and check out within seconds everything is done. Location is great near everything. Good rooms area. Clean rooms with 2 kitchens to cook your food. To be honest everything was great. Wish to visit again soon.

Tanio, czysto, duże pokoje. Ładna przestrzeń. Jest nawet sprzątnie w ciągu dnia. Jak na hostel bardzo dobre warunki.
Jedynie płatność za noc się zmieniła w zależności o tego z kim rozmawialiśmy na recepcji w celu przedłużenia noclegu.

Professionalisme de l équipe..seul bémol devoir quitter le chambre a 10h qui pour moi insomniaque par les temps qui coure profiterait d une heure de plus ou le check out est généralement a 11h..mais sinon decontracté et sympathique ..

Clean. Friendly staff. Great location. I appreciated the free bag storage and laundry detergent. Laundry was reasonable (4 euros to wash & 2 to dry). Overall, a basic hostel that gets the job done.

good location right next to the old port. rooms were very clean and spacious. four bathrooms for 16 people which is very good and they were always well kept. only thing lacking is a social atmosphere. kitchen just about has everything but was only big enough for two people to cook at a time.

Auberge idéalement située, avec un personnel sympathique et un confort honnête. Une bonne adresse pour ceux que ce mode d’hébergement ne rebute pas !

Seule auberge que j'aie trouvé à Marseille mais heureusement elle est bien : propre, proche du port, l'équipe est sympa, petit coin salon-cuisine pour ceux qui sont trop paresseux pour sortir manger, les lits en bon état et certains ne sont même pas à étage donc on dort pas mal- ça reste une auberge, tout dépend des voisins!

Très bonne auberge de jeunesse. Propre et située très près du Vieux-Port, idéale pour visiter sans se préoccuper des transports !

tres bel endroit de la qualité du choix, propre et bien tenu j'aime
Sympa et pratique pour une auberge de jeunesse: proche de la gare et pas si loin du centre, un salon, une cuisine, un bar , une terasse... tout pour plaire.
