This is a very poorly designed and run place. When I arrived I had to wait to access the locker for 10 minutes. In a small corridor where reception is there were 15 people: incoming and outgoing customers of all genders waiting to get access to lockers and changing rooms and 4 employees, doing nothing. The procedure is not thought through: incoming and outgoing flows are intersecting. There is only one toilet in the same corridor and one shower in the common spa area, there is no private showers, so gusts can not properly wash themselves before entering the spa. Customers get bathrobes but not towels. The water current in the pool can only be activated “by demand” and for that guests needs to go out of spa area and speak to reception. The spa is not well maintained and dirty, during the hour I was there nobody was cleaning anything. There is not enough seating areas inside and outside. Overall this place does not give any pleasant and relaxing experience that the spa should give. The massage is average and takes less then declared 55 minutes. There is no shower facilities after massage. It was such a waste of time and experience was the opposite to what was intended by a person who bought me this gift from abroad.

Le spa est propre, le personnel accueillant et souriant. Le massage dispensé par Anais fut un réel bonheur, je la recommande pour son expertise et sa gentillesse. Au plaisir de revenir !

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel en chambre premium avec vue sur la mer ! 10/10
L’accueil était fort agréable, la chambre très très propre et quel bonheur de se réveiller avec le bruit des vagues au pied de sa baie vitrée !
Merci à vous on reviendra vite si Dieu le veut !
