Bar Gaspard is one of those rare places where the hype is earned and deserved. Our absolute favorite bar in the city! The pulse of Marseille flows through this establishment. Wonderful dishes which change regularly are fresh and flavorful. When it comes time for a drink, be prepared for it to be selected for you. You are in capable hands. Embrace it as a wonderful new discovery awaits. Continually studying, upgrading and enhancing their craft, the staff are true professionals. This is a place where the friendliness is authentic…here they are creating community.

What a gem! In a city full of great cocktail bars, Gaspard stands alone as a truly unique bespoke cocktail spot. We've come here four nights in a row (don't judge :P) and each night tasted such new and exciting cocktails we've never had. You tell the waitress what kind of flavours you want/like and they bring you a cocktail they make that's their own. Only after the first sip will they tell you the ingredients. It's a tasty guessing game and we are addicted!! Wish we weren't leaving Marseille tomorrow.

Went for drinks twice with my wife on my honeymoon. Wonderfully inventive cocktails literally made for our tastes. Could not recommend highly enough!! A must visit!!

Un concept unique pour des découvertes surprenantes : pas de carte des boissons mais des cocktails inspirés de nos goûts ! Un sans faute tant sur l’accueil chaleureux que sur les boissons où l’équipe a visé dans le mille ! On recommande et surtout on reviendra lors de notre prochain séjour !
La nourriture proposée était aussi délicieuse, néanmoins peu copieuse pour le prix (ce qui reste parfait pour entamer la soirée)

Schöne kleine Bar im dunklen Stil. Das Konzept sind neue Cocktail-Kreationen oder klassische Cocktails in abgeänderter Form. Mein Whisky Sour z. B. hatte als Zutat einen Saft aus einer japanischer Zitrusfrucht und ein pikantes Gewürz. War in Ordnung aber das Original ist mir lieber. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und erklären einem viel zu den Kreationen.

ben was our server and was one of the nicest people we’ve ever met. our drinks were delicious, he gave us a list of places he loves to eat and even called one to get us a seat. can’t recommend enough.

We had the pleasure of enjoying three wonderful cocktails! What made the experience even more exciting was the bar’s unique concept: instead of a traditional menu, you’re given a blank white card. The bartender then asks about your preferences and creates the perfect drink just for you. It’s a fantastic, personalized experience that makes cocktail drinking truly special. Creative drinks, excellent craftsmanship, and a unique atmosphere – highly recommended!
