Déçu par rapport au prix.salle de bain sale ,des odeurs d urine à l entrée, le clic clac se casse quand vous l’ouvrez, matelas inexistant. A 250 euros la nuit cela s’appelle du vol. Seul point positif les gens à l accueil sympathiques.

Quartier agréable et calme proche du tribunal. Personnel sympathique. Chambres bien et fonctionnelles. Chose originale, les chambres sont réparties dans trois immeubles séparés de la réception et du restaurant.

The rooms didn’t match what was advertised online – very humid, and the A/C was freezing cold. The next morning, I arrived at 09:59 for breakfast, just hoping for a cappuccino and croissant, and was met with a sharp ‘Breakfast is only until 10!’ – in French, of course. I countered with some French assertiveness of my own, insisted, and got what I wanted. That small win brings it up to 3 stars instead of 2.

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr zentrale und ruhige Lage, man kann problemlos zu Fuss zum Vieux Port oder zur Metro, sehr schöner Garten um zb draussen zu frühstücken. Zimmer zwar wirklich klein, aber sehr sauber, mit guten Betten. Preis/Leistung top. Für einen kürzeren Städteausflug ist das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert.

I booked the Montgrand with only afew weeks to go before our first visit to Marseille and just needed somewhere decent and safe to stay. On arrival , very warm welcome and what a gorgeous old building !!Cute little bar, lots of lovely seating but the best bit ; the beautiful garden which proved great respite during the heatwave!!||Our room was in a building next door- much bigger than expected, huge bed , great air con and looked out onto a little garden courtyard where we sat every morning. We never have hotel breakfast so popped out to a little bakery round the corner open at 8am and enjoyed our tranquil space. Would have been nice to have more tea/coffee sachets in the room but there were coffee options in the hotel building. |Great location too.As 1st time visitors to Marseille it was ideal- quite an upmarket area- near the Opera with lots of squares and food options but 10mins walk to the port area too. A sign of a good hotel is when you look forward to returning to it after a hot day out and sitting in a beautiful garden - beautiful

Cet hôtel est une catastrophe ! La chambre est minuscule, dans un état lamentable (traces peinture au sol et au plafond, craquellements,...) , au rdc juste à côté des condenseurs des clim qui vibrent et font un vacarme assourdissant. C'est une honte de proposer ça à ce prix.

Puede que la habitación esté en otro edificio donde se da el desayuno, es decir, traslado extra. Muy buen desayuno, variado, una belleza el jardín. La atención en recepción es muy agradable y atenta. El traslado de valijas no es ágil, hay muchos escalones entre los distintos edificios.

Notre séjour à cet hôtel a été vraiment agréable. Très bien situé. Notre chambre 131, n’est pas très grande, mais très propre et le service est vraiment extraordinaire. Nous avons demandé de baisser la température, car il faisait 24 C dans notre chambre. De plus, la nourriture est vraiment excellente! Ils ont un beau petit jardin pour manger a l’extérieur.
Pour le petit déjeuner, vous trouverez des fruits, du fromages, du très bons pains, du yaourts, des céréales, des noix, du très bon jambon et du bon café. Les employés sont vraiment gentils et très serviables. Merci à vous tous pour votre bon travail et votre professionnalisme. Judith Giroux et Pierre Monette

The location is perfect and safe. Easy to walk around and close to shops and restaurants. I took a taxi at 4 in the morning from the hotel and it was well organised. Room was well ventilated and the air conditioner, thankfully, was working well despite the heat outside.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un bon emplacement, mais le reste laisse franchement à désirer. La hauteur sous plafond est très basse, la porte des toilettes ne ferme pas, et les rideaux ne couvrent même pas la fenêtre correctement

La réception n’est pas dans le même bâtiment que les chambres. Le petit-déjeuner est loin d’un hôtel bien supérieur : plateau de self service, minute maid..
Au niveau acoustique on entend tout les voisins, le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionne pas.
C’est beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est. Dommage.

Hôtel très agréable, les chambres sont petites mais il y a tout. Les savons sont super et le personnel extrêmement bienveillant et serviable. L'emplacement est idéal en plein centre de Marseille pas loin du vieux port.

We stayed in building 41vroom 431 MILO. This Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room is spacious with couch, table and stools and very comfortable bed. Location was very quiet and beautiful high ceilings. In Australia we would likely say this was a shabby chic look with its mix of furniture and art. We asked about where was good to eat and we were invited to eat at the hotel restaurant. Now at this point we were thinking no way are falling for that trap! Wrong. We came back tired and liked the private courtyard away from the traffic and noise and therefore decided we'd give it a go. OH MY GOSH so beautiful. The food was absolutely outstanding. Best dinner in France for sure and we came from Paris and had some beautiful dinners there. Thank you for such an amazing experience and stay in Marseille. Everything felt grand and our private air vinditioned space was a retreat from the busy streets. A few small suggestions 1. Better hair-dryers as those fixed ones aren't great, option to get soap and shampoo conditioner would be helpful.
