Rien à voir avec un 5 étoiles tant au niveau de l accueil,du service,du confort que du petit déjeuner|À peine un bonjour,aucun sourire,une attitude méprisante:l accueil est à revoir|Les produits de courtoisie (marius Fabre,il fut un temps où il y avait des produits hermes) non renouvelés dans la chambre et pas d eau minérale dans le mini bar|Le canapé dans la chambre était en fer sans coussin:impossible de s y asseoir|Le petit déjeuner a 30 euros:scandaleux ,quasiment pas de produits frais ou bios|Les parties communes non climatisées à l étage:étouffantle wifi faible|Bref,le rapport qualité prix n y est pas et les 5 étoiles revendiquées sont une aberration

Fabulous location, lovely spacious rooms, very friendly staff and breakfast was wonderful each morning, |We found the location of the hotel to be the most important to us. We could walk to pretty much everywhere we wanted to visit with the benefit of not being right in the centre of the noise and hustle and bustle. |Staff were all very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. |Would highly recommend if visiting Marseille.

Très bel établissement. Personnel professionnel d’une courtoisie exemplaire. Chambre spacieuse très bien équipée. Petit-déjeuner très varié à la hauteur. Au calme la nuit et très bien placé pour rayonner à pied dans la ville. Petit SPA bien sympathique pour se détendre.
