C2 HOTEL ^{* * * * *}

Very prívate and quiet. The rooms are very stylish and the pool was surprisingly charming. We went from here to explore the city.

Really enjoyed my 6-day stay at the C2 Hotel! The staff were amazing and so helpful. The location is great - A bit away from everything so you get the quiet, but still walkable to most points of interest. I also give the breakfast buffet two thumbs up.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l’hôtel C2 Marseille, dans une chambre exclusive située au dernier étage de l’établissement.||L’emplacement est particulièrement avantageux : à quelques pas du bord de mer, il permet un accès facile et rapide à de nombreux commerces, restaurants et points d’intérêt, le tout à pied. Ce positionnement central constitue un réel atout pour quiconque souhaite découvrir Marseille sans recourir constamment à un véhicule.||La chambre, à la fois épurée et élégante avec lit très confortable, offre une ambiance contemporaine et reposante. Depuis notre fenêtre, nous avons pu profiter d’une vue imprenable sur la basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde, un panorama emblématique qui ajoute à l’attrait du lieu.||L’hôtel dispose également de services bien-être inclus, tels qu’une piscine intérieure chauffée et un petit spa, parfaits pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Le petit-déjeuner buffet, compris dans le tarif, était varié, de bonne qualité et servi dans un cadre agréable.||Un service de voiturier est proposé pour 30 €, ce qui s’avère pratique si vous arrivez en voiture, le stationnement en centre-ville étant parfois complexe.||Quelques points d’amélioration méritent toutefois d’être signalés :|• L’absence d’indication claire pour localiser la réception peut désorienter à l’arrivée. Une signalétique plus visible serait bienvenue pour orienter les visiteurs.|• La climatisation de la chambre, bien que fonctionnelle, manquait de puissance : même à son niveau maximal, le débit d’air restait insuffisant, ce qui pourrait nuire au confort en période de forte chaleur.||Dans l’ensemble, le C2 Marseille est un établissement de qualité, au design soigné, avec une localisation exceptionnelle. Quelques ajustements mineurs permettraient d’en faire une expérience encore plus fluide et agréable.

C2 hotel is in a nice location. Short walk to the harbor and many restaurants near by.||||Hotel bed is comfortable. AC and WiFi are working fine. Most of the hotel staff are very nice.||||However, on lady staff in the reception on the morning of 7/11/2025 9am is very mean. When we stop by to ask direction for the boat tour to the islands, she gives attitude saying that you just book it on the website. When we explained that we don’t. Know how to book it on the website that’s why we came down to to ask for help, she shows attitude indicating that we are so dump. Then she shows a website with no reservations and tell us that we can not go there.||||Then we asked how to go to chateau if, then she says you can buy tickets at the harbor, but refuse to answer more questions.||||Then the male came with a map and show us how to buy two islands ticket and write down both island name on the map is and answered our questions nicely.||||The lady worker should not work in the hospitality industry if she just dislike tourist and give attitude. This experience completely ruined our experience for the day and the experiences in marseille and the c2 hotel. We will never stay in this hotel again and not sure if we will ever come back to marseille again since the people are so mean to the tourists.
