When we went in, we were quite skeptical as the decor of the restaurant looked like something that’s been trendy 20 years ago, but what we ate was phenomenal. We had delicious “huitres speciales francois” and after that grilled sea bass with salad. The sea bass was the best one I ever had (no doubt about it), consistency like butter, juicy and tender that I almost couldn’t comprehend it. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem!

Super sympa Restaurant typiquement marseillais de très bon coquillage, les plats aussi (une bonne salade de poulpe,calamar farcis excellent le seul bémol je les aurais bien mangé avec des spaghetti plutôt que du riz) .

Vraiment exceptionnel !! Restaurant familiale, la dame qui m'a servit est gentille de bon conseille !! Les Fruits de mer sont exceptionnel, pas besoin d'aller au vieu port ! Arretez vous chez Francois !! Je vous le recommande les yeux fermés.

The fish soup was incredible; this is my first time having this dish, and the combination of the bread, the sauce, the cheese and the soup was perfect.
The portion of the octopus salad was very generous- the salad was also well seasoned
The fish was rather bland- might not order it the next time, but the waiter was very kind to cut the fish nicely in half.
Will definitely visit this place again!!
