Terrible customer service. Even if you are busy and struggling to seat everybody you can at least acknowledge queuing customers and communicate politely.
When finally seated we were purposefully ignored for over half an hour. We decided tk eat elsewhere.

Terrible experience. We are arrived (3 people) and the only waitress who spoke english told us to wait around 5mins. Reason? No available tables even if there was 1 free with 4 seats. After us another couple with no reservation asked for a table and the waitress gave them the one free for 4 people even if we were arrived before and still waiting for 10 minutes. In the meantime another table left because they were waiting too much just to order, so a waitress cleaned the table for us with the spray while the cuttlery from the old guests was still on the table. Once seated we kindly asked to change the cuttlery but they rudely answered us saying that it was not possible because in their opinion it was clean even it was obviusly been sprayed by the cleaning product and touched/moved by the guests before.
We left the place without eating because we didn’t like how the treated us. It’s not acceptable to treat guests in this way.
