I arrived at your office around 1:30 on Saturday and when I asked what I should see first, I was told to visit the Cathedral first, the citadel second and then the Palait du Pharo third. Unfortunately I should’ve visited the citadel first because after I walked for 25 minutes to get there, they said I couldn’t get into the fort. What a shame because I’m only here for two days and won’t get to see it now. Shame on the staff person not knowing this.
Thanks for your reply, but I arrived at the citadel at 3:51 PM and they said they were all booked up. Someone needs to get their story straight.

N’appelez pas le numéro de l’office du tourisme.
J’ai appelé pour un renseignement rapide car aucune réponse à mon mail. J’ai été prélevé de la surtaxe du numéro, juste en écoutant le disque d’accueil et pour me dire que personne n’était disponible.
Je peux tout à fait comprendre que l’office ne peut répondre à tous les appels c’est tout à fait acceptable en période de forte affluence. Mais pourquoi taxer dès le répondeur ?
