Bought tickets to Chateau d’If. The times were different than in their website, ie when they open. It was not clear if we would land but they finally did. (The seas were fine but they were saying they were rough—nonsense but apparently the excuse is used all the time.) All announcements and your comments were in French only. They said about one hour to be back on the boat. I was around the corner at the hour and the boat was already gone, apparently with only one returning passenger out of several dozen. No horn or announcements. Very annoying. Very rude. Lots of unhappy customers who, of course, already paid. They have you trapped if you want to see the island. Typical moral hazard and bad actors. Oh well. I’m sure the prisoners here had it worse from their own countrymen.

Quelle déception !Vu le nombre important de passagers nous n avons pu accéder aux ponts extérieurs . Plus de 200 personnes à bord pour une centaine de places assises à I extérieur. Pas pratique pour les photos et la vue. Cependant dès places assises
interieures sont disponibles au 2ème pont inferieur avec des vitres pleines d embruns d ou impossible de voir les calanques et de faire des photos Dommage ! Le spectacle doit être très beau sous le soleil et installé
confortablement sur les sièges extérieurs . La réservation des billets en avance n offre pas de coupe-fil. Véritable piège à touristes !!!

We were booked for 14:00 today. I walked away after they started loading the 2 sold out boats. In my opinion 162 people on an approximately 70’ long boat is grossly overloaded. I am not sure how 75% of the people would even be able to get pictures. All I can say is buyer beware. I will definitely be having a chat with the Hotel concierge that recommended this company.

Je rejoins certains avis que j’aurais dû lire avant de réserver…
Grosse déception pour nous qui avons pris le circuit long dans les calanques cet après-midi.
On passe au large - très au large - des calanques donc on ne voit rien. Le circuit est bien trop long. Et effectivement, les bateaux sont prévus pour 275 passagers et ils sont pleins.
Passez votre chemin ! Ne perdez ni votre temps, ni votre argent !
