Un hôtel très bien pour visiter Marseille. L'emplacement est fantastique et la coûte pas chère. Oui, les personnels au bureau sont parfois difficile (j'ai trouvé l'homme qui travaillait en dormi à la salle de petit déjeuner avec une main dans ses pantalons... quel bizarre moyen de tomber en dormi) mais ce n'est pas grave. En général, il vaut la prix et je le recommends !

I had to book last minute and chose this hotel because nothing else was available and I absolutely regret it. The young man at reception was extremely rude. He was never at the desk to open the door (yes, you can’t enter the hotel without someone opening it from the second floor!), and we always had to wait for him to finish smoking. The room was very dirty, and to make things worse, there was no holder for the showerhead you had to hold it with one hand the entire time while showering. The pillows were ridiculously oversized, there was no way to place your head comfortably and actually sleep.
The worst hotel ever!!! And service!

Scary.....Not worth staying even been in a great location. Arrived 29th May 25 for 3 nights. Staff at reception very nice....Proceeded to 5th floor and dropped bags and went for dinner close buy on return about 11pm we found, Toilet seat broke, toilet flush broke and left on a shelf, no holder for shower hose over bath, bath screen not fit for purpose water out on floor, cable from TV wrapped around narrow table to prevent it from falling out i guess, glass so dirty the only way you are looking out is to open window, not safe when open as window opens fully and no protection from 5th floor, lift worked once and a alot of steps before port. Stayed the first night and the following morning reported problems to the same guy at reception. Later that evening we returned at 5pm and was told things would get fixed the next day at 12 noon, but we would need to be there and wait while everything was done. Went to room gathered our things and left.|We walked a short distance to the HOTEL BEAUVAU and it cost extra but worth every penny for our last 2 nights. We have visited Marseille 5 time in the last 12 months and love the place, pity Hotel De Sud been in such a great location could not step up to the mark.

Très déçu de l’hôtel. Le Jeune garçon s’en fiche complètement ce qu’on dit, j’ai le vu même allongé sur le canapé avec son portable. Dans la sale de bain il y’a de cafard. Le trou sur le toit est à réparer. Les vitres de la chambre très sale. L’unique bien de c’est hôtel c’est qui c’est près du port.
