Les lits sont très confortables et nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit. Un merci tout spécial pour la gentillesse de cette dame qui nous a raconté l'histoire de cet hôtel et bien plus encore.

Was very worried about the bed bug situation before my trip to France and somehow this hotel gave me the worst nightmare. I was laying in the bed and at some point my face felt itchy, so I got up and saw the bed bug walking around by the head board. My first time ever got bitten by a bed bug thanks to this hotel.
The receptionist moved us to another hotel so we had to pack and move at 0am and move again the next morning. For the time and effort wasted they only compensate us with one breakfast. They provided us the “superior room” for the following days. The room was not superior at all. The hairdryer did not work, talked to the reception and said he will get back to us the next day, however the next day they still can not and was not bothered to get us a hair dryer. The service and the attitude was very poor.
One of the mornings we got waken up by cleaning lady brushing the floor against our door out loud at 7am. We could hear the receptionist shouting all night from our room due to the thin doors and walls. Sound proof was non existence.
Will definitely not come back and could’ve gotten something nicer with this price. Very bad experience.
