1. Le jour de mon arrivée y'avais des bouts de verre par terre dans la chambre j'ai marché dessus j'étais blessé au pied.
2. Ils sont pas passée l'aspirateur.
3. Ils sont juste refait le lit sans changer les draps dans la semaine.
4. Pas de wifi sur la télé.
5. Le protège de l'interrupteur s'enlever.
6. Y'a de la poussière sous la table.
7. La tête du lit qui bouge il est pas solide.
Je suis déçu ????d'avoir réserver cet hôtel.
The rooms: you can literally hear everything from neighboring rooms and when i say everything i mean everything, they are trying to move their bags - you hear it, they are brushing their teeth - you hear it, they are plugging their phones - you hear it…now Imagine that late at night.
The rooms are stuffy so we had to leave the windows open and we heard all sorts or sounds you can imagine, weird bird sounds, cats meowing, mosquitoes, the neighbors, etc.
The service: the receptionist is rude and keeps interrogating you and asking you repetitive questions over and over again.
We also had breakfast here and paid 12 € each and it wasn’t great, go and get something worth the value somewhere else. They said that the breakfast it a buffet but its just two types of cheeses and two types of preserved meat and some bread
On top of all that, most of the furniture were broken..the toilet leaks and the bed is so wiggly, lamps broken..
The staff is unfriendly and seemingly super annoyed by every little request/ question.
The rooms were clean but small and with minimal equipment. The bed was felt like it was about to collapse.
Not to mention the paper thin walls that made us hear everything our neighbour was up to at 2am.
We also added breakfast (12€ pP) which was promoted as buffet - some cereal, some croissants but that’s it.
Wouldn’t recommend staying here.
