Our one night stay here was very comfortable. Clean room, nice bathroom, good A/C, quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Would definitely return.

L’hôtel est bien situé en plein milieu du vieux port. Le personnel est très agréable, particulièrement Laura à la réception. Petit déjeuner plus que correct. Les chambres sont spacieuses confortable et très propre. Metro et bus non loin de l’hôtel.

We had quite a disappointing experience. The room we stayed in was very nice and spacious. The location is superb. But the service is disappointing. Firstly, nobody is allowed to check in before 3PM. They don’t seem to have a system in place with which they can check if rooms are ready to be moved into. So everyone is queuing at 3PM to check into their rooms which makes the process very long. Secondly, room service is very inconsistent and when asking for toilet paper in the evening, the person at the reception does not have access to the room with extra toilet paper. It‘s a 4 star hotel and not cheap, having access to extra toilet paper this is the bare minimum. As mentioned, the rooms, the design and location are amazing, but just don’t expect a 4 star treatment.

Excellent location, not so good service, no soundproofing, it's difficult to sleep.
