What an amazing host, amazing hotel, best environment to live in. I had an amazing time with my parents living here, location was good everything is nearby in the old city. Only downfall is that rooms are a little cramped but hey aren’t we here for vacation

No recomiendo la estadía en este hotel. Viajo sola, con lo cual para mi es de gran importancia quedarme en hoteles con seguridad y recepción 24/7 por cualquier cuestión. Así lo plantean ellos pero en la madrugada, hasta las 7 de la mañana no hay nadie. Tuve una noche terrible, sin descanso, por una fiesta en el edificio justo enfrente a mi habitación. La música retumbaba en las rudimentarias ventanas del hotel hasta largas horas de la noche. Si bien esta situación excede la responsabilidad del hotel, llame 3 veces a la recepción para ver si podían ayudarme (cambiar de habitación? Llamar a la policía para denunciar ruidos molestos y que puedan ayudarme pues no hablo francés?) y no hubo respuesta. Bajé a la recepción y no había NADIE. La segunda noche debía irme alrededor de las 5 am y cuando bajo, nuevamente no había nadie. Es una zona insegura con lo cual me hago grandes preguntas acerca de la a medidas de seguridad de este hotel. El personal es amable pero no resolutivo. Las habitaciones estaban limpias. El baño tenía bichos en la bañera. Y el inodoro destilaba un olor a cloaca insoportable.

L'hôtel annule ma réservation le jour même alors que je suis dans le train pour Marseille à 16h30. J'ai réservé par Booking et on me dit que "je n'ai qu'à voir avec Booking" en mode "allez vous brosser" merci pour le respect du client. Fuyez ces gens qui ne peuvent pas vous garantir votre séjour alors que vous avez réservé longtemps à l'avance.

Super lovely and very comfortable! The best thing about my stay was the staff! They are the most accommodating staff I have ever seen in a hotel. They let us check in much much earlier than 15:00 and even if they couldn't check some of us in, we could even leave our bags in the room whilst it's being cleaned! That's 5 star customer service right there. Thanks for being very accommodating.
