Très bon séjour au Marsiho. La chambre était belle et confortable, avec une déco vraiment agréable. J’ai adoré la baignoire, parfaite pour se détendre. L’arrivée autonome est super pratique, tout s’est fait facilement. Je recommande !

Hôtel bien situé près du vieux port
Personnel disponible agréable et très serviable de la réception au petit déjeuner
Chambre propre mais petit bémol sur le sèche serviette de la salle d'eau

Camere pulitissime e provviste di tutto il necessario, dispenser grandi per sapone mani e docciashampoo, cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani, ottima insonorizzazione. Hotel molto comodo, poiché davvero centrale, in pochi minuti si raggiunge il porto vecchio. Il personale alla reception è estremamente gentile e pronto ad aiutare. Davvero TOP, ci torneremo sicuramente. Unica piccola nota dolente è il sistema di apertura della porta della camera con il badge, che ogni tanto non funzionava bene. Comunque in definitiva posto consigliatissimo

Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen, schrecklicher Spaziergang vom Bahnhof zum Hotel (so schmutzig und kaputt die Stadt) und das Hotel passt dazu. Zimmer und Bad extremer Sanierungsrückstand, Mitarbeiter kam erst 15 min nach meiner Ankunft, hatte Notfall, aber nur ein Mitarbeiter in einem Hotel? Kein Grüßen am nächsten Tag, unaufmerksam. einfach schon heruntergekommen aber 140 Euro für eine Nacht (ohne Frühstück) für drei Sterne, die eigentlich nur zwei sein dürften. Das Schlimmste: Dusche hat nicht funktioniert, und auch nach einem Bericht an die Rezeption war man nicht bereit (bzw. war das Hotel voll), das Zimmer zu wechseln. Ganz toll, wenn man in der Nacht ankommt und dann so etwas erlebt. Danach Reklamation online - nur abgewehrt wird und man gibt sich uninformiert .... danke es reicht. Ich verlange mein Geld zurück, war einfach zu viel.

Emplacement proche du vieux port, quartier populaire mais rien de craignant, chambre propre et pas trop petite, staff soucieux de la qualité du séjour des clients.
J'ai été notamment bien accueillie par un jeune garçon aux cheveux bouclés et une jeune fille grande à chignon bas qui se sont efforcés de me rassurer pour que ma visite à Marseille se soient passée dans de sereines conditions.

Cute place with super friendly staff. Rooms are clean and welcoming. They even made a handwritten welcome with a small Swedish flag ????????. Theo and staff are lovely. Location is central. Highly recommend.

Well, definitely not good experience. I don’t understand how people can give 5 stars to this hotel. The comments are totally fake or the guests who stayed here have never been to a nice and clean hotel yet it is not cheap at all. The rooms were dark and tiny. Bathroom had a very bed smell. The cleaning is not good enough, towels are thin and with stains plus smelly. You don’t want to touch the curtains because they had blood as people killed mosquitoes on them. I guess they never wash them. Every night you have to go to the reception to renew your room card or you are locked out; there is no one at reception after 11 pm so have to figure out how to do it yourself as there is no guide (Lucky of you if you know some french). The location is very central indeed but not nice at all with bad restaurants nearby. I don’t know if hotels have the same standard in Marseille but if i have to stay in Marseille again and I have a car, I would definitely stay in a small boutique hotel south near beaches. In overall stay away!

Prezzo a mio avviso sproporzionato, la colazione è a pagamento
Ottimo il fatto di avere sempre a disposizione acqua fresca , caffè … biscotti o altro non c’era come detto da qualcun altro , sarebbe comodo frigo bar in camera !
In bagno la doccia ha perso per i tre giorni che siamo rimasti , spiace per voi , ma nessuno che l’ abbia sistemata
Nota molto negativa non solo qui ma in generale , scrivete solo in francese e i vari depliant pubblicitari per eventuali visite solo in francese
Ottima posizione , personale cordiale , ci siamo trovati bene

Great breakfast/food and a very nice location close to anything one would like to see when visiting Marseille for the first time! Attentive staff as well. I do recommend visiting as it's a very much of a walkable distance to get the best experience of exploring the city and its beauties.

Hôtel très propre tout est bien entretenu,emplacement central, on a séjourne à 2reprises dans cet hôtel chambre spacieuse, personnel très serviable, sympa, souriant spécialement rami et nedjoua à la réception pour leur précieux conseils et la dame qui s'occupe du petit-déjeuner.
Petit déjeuner copieux, boissons chaudes et eau disponibles toute la journée au 1er étage

Un accueil plus que chaleureux,des petites attentions personnalisées. Chambre spacieuses et impeccables. Buffet petit déjeuner de roi et la personne qui s'en occupe aux petits soins. Bref, Marseille et le Marsiho ont su nous ravir. Merci beaucoup. Nous reviendrons
