The worst hotel I have ever seen. The staff, specifically a man around 50 years old, who is either the manager or owner, I’m not sure – is an absolutely rude person who doesn’t know how to deal with guests.

I travel a lot for work and stay in hotels 1-2 times a week. I was passing through Marseille, very tired, and had an early train the next day. So I chose a hotel near the station. I picked between two options. I had seen negative reviews about this hotel but thought they were exaggerated. How wrong I was! To the point that this is the first negative review I’ve written. Even when I stayed in a hotel where I had to sleep in a jacket for 80 euros a night because the heating didn’t work – I didn’t write anything bad.

This hotel is unsafe! Because its manager or owner is aggressive and unreasonable. That’s the first thing you need to know.

Second, the rooms only look good in the photos. In real life, they are disgusting. There was no window in the room, only in the bathroom. The room is as dark as a hole. The bathroom window looks out onto a garbage dump, where there are dirty socks, underwear, and some clothes. And right there, there’s a loud extractor fan buzzing. It’s impossible to sleep. The mattresses are terrible, your back will say goodbye. The shower is tiny, even for me, I weigh 49 kg. There’s a steep staircase and a broken elevator, but the owner doesn’t consider this a problem. There’s no luggage storage, they’ll suggest you put it on a chair in the dining area. The area is dangerous. I would strongly advise girls not to stay here. This “hotel” doesn’t deserve 3 stars. The most interesting thing is that after I wrote a negative review about the hotel on Booking.com, the manager canceled my reservation, even though I had stayed there. Of course, I didn’t get a refund because it’s considered a “penalty” for not checking in, but I actually stayed there. And it’s this rudeness that made me leave a review here as well. Apparently, he does this all the time to keep his rating from falling to the bottom. I sincerely do not recommend this place to anyone.

Hôtel minablement cher pour l’état des chambres et personnel pas aimable du tout ensuite les matelas sont pas confortable du tout et la climatisation est bruyante au possible et la chasse d’eau fuit je déconseille vivement y a un ibis pas très loin hyper bien et moins cher

Accueil sympathique et très agréable.petit déjeuner copieux et de bonne qualité.je recommande ++++
