Avoid this hotel if possible. The air conditioning is a false promise. If you open the windows you’ll need ear plugs. Broken facilities. Not worth the price in my opinion.

On arrival we were told no air conditioning and when we asked for a refund they refused. We booked this hotel as it was advertised with air conditioning and secure parking on booking.com when we arrived we were told there was no parking and had to spend €60 on parking during our stay. Wifi intermittent and kettle did not work. We told staff they didn’t replace. Staff did nothing to try and make our stay any better.

Je ne comprends vraiment pas tous ces commentaires négatifs!! Très bien accueillie , chambre très cosy, propre, moderne. Douche italienne, sèche cheveux, bouilloire accompagnée de sticks de café solubles, sachets de thé, dosettes de lait, sucre en poudre.
Secteur hyper calme car situé dans une petite rue à 2 mn en bas de l'escalier de la gare Saint-Charles. Hotel calme, pas de nuisance nocturne.
Petit déjeuner au rapport qualité prix correct. Pain, confiture, viennoiseries, madeleines, muffins, Yaourts, fruits, fromages et j'en passe...
Je reviendrais sans aucun doute la prochaine fois que je déscends à Marseille

AVOID THIS PLACE!

I booked a room through booking.com and called the hotel to organise a late check in which they confirmed on the phone. When I arrived I was told they had given the room to someone else and would not refund it. They then cancelled it on booking.com saying I had not shown up, meaning they did not have to refund me (they did this after I arrived). So I paid for the room and got no room or refund.

The manager was one of the rudest people I have met travelling, and given others have said similar things, I would consider this a borderline scam.

I have travelled around the world, and this is only the second 1 star review I have left (I would give 0 if I could). Don't be sucked in by the price, and don't use booking.com!
