Super hôtel! Très propre et très bien situé. Le personnel est au petit soin. Je reviendrai sans hésiter!

Das Hotel würde ich wieder buchen! Gute Lage und sehr zentral, das Zimmer sauber und mit gutem Nespresso Coffee am Eingang, aber abends nahe Bahnhof mit vielen Obdachlosen in der Gegend.

Had a few problems shortly after check in - sink would not drain and AC would not work. The sink was manageable, as I'd only be there one night, but the room was very hot without AC, so I wouldn't have been able to sleep. Reported to the front desk and they tried to fix the AC while I was out but were unable to. Eventually after trying for a bit, I was given a new room (actually an upgrade!) Staff was helpful in resolving issues and overall made my stay great, despite a few inconveniences. Location was convenient, but seemed a little rough - I never felt unsafe through

Very nice hotel in a good location for exploring the city. close to the port but also to some cool neighbourhoods 10-20 misn walk .
The area itself is a bit run down but not unsafe as some people have said.
The only negative is the spa is 35euro per person to use which is terrible value. ive never seen this before in any place ive stayed. its quite expensive to stay here anyway but to try charge 35euro to use a small pool and basic sauna is a bit ridiculous .
Other than that i would recommend this hotel .
