We had the ceviche, poitrine de porc, banh-hoi, and maigre - they were all incredible! The owners are fantastic hosts and just generally good people. We’ll definitely be back when we come back to Marseille.

We had a lovely meal at Ginger Phoenix- first the decor is lively and fun and draws you in. They know how to play with color and design here. Then, more importantly, it was clear that this presentation followed through in everything they did. The food was presented with care and it shows. Each bite was delicious and left me hoping for another dish to try. The maigre was tender and perfectly cooked, textures blended perfectly in the dish with surprise pops of flavor. The porc was so good that my partner wouldn’t share it. ???? and we fought equally over the ceviche and the banh-hoi because the sauce was so good we wanted it for ourselves. The owners are delightful people and really made this a meal we hope to return for soon.

We had an amazing dinner at Ginger Phoenix. The food, drinks and service were all impeccable. Our highlights from the menu were the ceviche, pork banh mi, and the chocolate tart. The ingredients are clearly of a great quality, and great care and love goes into all the dishes! We were well looked after by the front of house team who let us practice our French with good humour. Our only regret was not leaving enough space to try more food! We look forward to our next visit. Thank you for a lovely evening Aurelian & Tony.
