马赛的南方菜肴菜单。

这里是夜猫子们在逛完老港的 "商店 "后寻找美食的地方。Le Mas几乎总是营业到凌晨（周二营业到凌晨3点，其余时间为早上5点/下午5点半）。菜单由南方菜肴组成，从daube到烤figatelli，从意大利面条到那不勒斯式，再到supions à la provençale。美食家们可以选择Entrocote、牛柳、羊腿或出色的tournedos rossini。这个地址是歌剧院区的必经之路，为聚会的人、剧院、音乐厅和电影院的演员所熟知，从墙上钉着的许多亲笔签名的照片就可以看出。

Steak is just awesome. Period. The salad is nice but very ordinary, It does not have much taste in it, but probably this is the idea to emphasize the steak itself.

The salads were very tasty, great dressing, we got salades niçoises and with a twist (replaces anchois with artichaux, which was very good) and profiteroles also tasty! Very nice service, we appreciated that!
