A good place across the old port. Nice inside and out with friendly people. We had the nachos and they were good.

Good location for people watching if you're at a table near the sidewalk. Our Provencal Plate was not very good. Everything straight from a can or jar, including a bag of chips. But the price is very reasonable. 34 euros for that one plate we shared, two glasses of wine, Perrier, the view and very good service. Chairs and the floor were very dirty, everywhere. We ignored it but not attractive.

The service here was horrible. We asked to be seated inside because of the heat and we were pretty much ignored. Then we're cursed at in French because we didn't leave a tip.
