J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans l’une des chambres , l’hôte est vraiment gentil , le petit déjeuner est bien garnie et l’emplacement est idéal on accède à tout à pied. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée on s’y sent bien.

Months ago, we booked a room via booking.com because we felt secure and safe of the really good reviews and comments.

However, the experience we had was the worst that could happen to a traveler and we feel the need to protect future customers.

The story goes like this..

Unfortunately, we did not notice that the specific accommodation accepts check-in until 24:00. We contacted the owner, who assured us that we would be able to do a late check-in at 1:30.

However, our flight with Volotea (N252YB) was delayed and as soon as we arrived at the airport we realized that our paid reservation had been canceled by the owner.

-Apparently we had no signal during the flight to reply to the owner's messages asking if we had arrived.-

We tried to communicate with him in all ways but he did not answer on phone calls or messages.

So suddenly we found ourselves alone in a foreign country, with nowhere to stay at 1:45, in a city without night life.
We spent the whole night on the street, two girls alone, as at this time there was no available room to stay.

In tourism and especially the people who work in it, it is important to provide you with safety. The rooms of this property may be clean and fancy but the owner, with the way he acts, cannot provide any customer with trust and security.
He exposed us, with great ease, in huge danger and psychological suffering.

Finally, Booking.com renounced all the responsibilities that such a big platform should have and the owner of the accommodation refused to refund money.

Even if, Booking.com stands by the owners who behave so dangerously, irresponsibly and unethically, we must stand by the travelers and protect them in any way we can.

P.S. All of the above can be very easily confirmed from all the calls and messages we have in our possession.

I’m starting with our story, at first we didn't notice that the check in is until 12, however in messages the manager explained us the policy and he agreed for a late check in 01:30 . However, our flight with Volotea n: N252YB was delayed and for twenty minutes our paid reservation for two days was cancelled. So we learned this while we arrived at the airport and opened our data, because apparently we had no signal during the flight to answer to his message, so at 01:45 in the morning when we arrived, we found ourselves in a foreign country, on the road, with nowhere to go we stay, in a city without night life, therefore in an empty city. We spent the night on the road as there were no rooms available. Booking.com disclaimed all responsibility and never got our money back. This is unacceptable because he exposed us in danger and psychological suffering. We were two women on the road in 02:00 in a foreign country!Above all, the safety of travelers, specifically women, is important and we stand firm in supporting this position! Ps. There are all conventions and calls in booking.com platform that confirm all of the info about. Even if the platform stands by the owners policy side, we stand by all of tourists side.

Apartamens are located very close to city centre and not far from couch & train station. Our host was VERY nice and helpful. Room was tidy. I'm not sure how is it with other
apartaments but our was without window and for some people it can be a problem. However if you are looking for not very expensive place to stay with breakfast included in the price for your city break it can be good choice! :)
