Amazing experience. The chef Yvon is amazing and very patient. We did this class with 3 kids of different ages and they all enjoyed it.

Contacted Chez Yvan, and the rest was history!!!
Besides being a WONderful Chef he is a Showman!!! From the start to the finish
Chez Yvan has a way about him-Professional with an Attitude, and it’s Charming & Witty…
He definitely knows how to COOK and also
INSTRUCT… From preparing the gazpacho, onions for a tart, sauces for the rack of lamb and fish dish, to dessert, making the cookies and ice cream- All on point!!!
Setting the table, then sitting down with a glass of vine, and having the fruits of our labor…
Simply Delicious!!!
It was a 4 hour class and the time went by so quickly… I will return to Provence and have another cooking class with Chez Yvan…

What an absolute treat. Educational, entertaining, and delicious. Yvan has inspired me to spend more time in the kitchen. If you are in the area, I highly recommend you attend one of his classes. You won’t be disappointed.

We had the best afternoon working and learning alongside Yvan in his incredible Farmhouse kitchen in the heart of Provence. He is a MasterChef and entertainer. It was one of the highlights of our week vacation!

We just finished the highlight of our tour de Provence; a cooking class and family dinner with Yvan Cadiou. Yvan hosted 3 generations of my family with an energy that had gen Alpha and the boomers entranced. His kitchen had all the ingredients of what brings chefs to love cooking: a family atmosphere where everyone from the youngest are part of preparing the feast.

I’ve been working with Yvan for almost a year bringing American tourists to his beautiful home for a Provençal cooking class. The morning we spend with Yvan is the highlight of the trip for many of our guests. Everyone laughs, learns and eats super well! I highly recommend a visit to Chez Yvan for a wonderful experience!

Yvan, c'est une histoire avec beaucoup de rires, d'aprentissage, de belles couleurs et des goûts extraordinaire. J'amenne des groupes de marcheurs Américain depuis 7ans chez Yvan. Il a un Atelier magnifique, Sa manière d enseigner est fun et inclusive. on apprend des recettes que l on peut refaire chez soi. Une expérience formidable !!!

What a fantastic experience cooking with chef Yvan - his stories and view on living a positive life were as inspiring as the incredibly delicious menu we all prepared in his colorful and memory filled home. I think of his melon gazpacho often and plan on making it this summer! Go, enjoy, and be filled with amazing flavors and a truly awesome escapade!

I had the pleasure of bringing a group of 15 American travelers to Yvan Cadiou’s cooking class in May 2025 and what a highlight it was! The experience was simply unforgettable.
Yvan is not only an incredible chef, but also a true artist and storyteller. His warm, generous personality made everyone feel at home right away. The setting is stunning, the ingredients are fresh and local, and the kitchen itself feels like a Provençal dream.
Guests were raving about the dishes, the laughter, the colors, and the passion behind each recipe. They all left with stars in their eyes (and full bellies!). It’s not just a cooking class it’s a real journey into the heart of Provence.

Nous avons fait la connaissance d'Yvan lors d'un cours de cuisine offert pour mon anniversaire. Et quelle chance nous avons eue ! En effet, Yvan est d'une gentillesse incomparable. Sa gentillesse n'a d'égal que son talent. Nous avons appris énormément à ses côtés et passé un moment merveilleux.
Si vous chercher à apprendre la cuisine, à vous régaler tout en passant un moment riche en émotions, alors foncez chez Yvan !

Yvan nous a proposé un atelier complet de cuisine avec des produits frais de proximité et de qualité!
Apres avoir mis la main à la pâte nous nous sommes régalées autour des plats que nous avions préparés et d un très bon vin blanc choisi par Yvan!
Nous sommes même réparties avec une délicieuse tarte au chocolat pour l'anniversaire de notre amie et un petit cadeau chacune!
De bons conseils, de belles attentions, des mets délicieux!
N hésitez pas, c est une expérience que vous ne regretterez pas!

great place and Yvan's charisma makes time run too fast ! we shared a lot about vegan cuisine too, which is not very common in France !!! highly recommended

So much fun! This is a truly authentic experience. Yvan welcomed us as friends in his Provencal country house surrounded by gardens. The cooking lesson in his whimsical kitchen is pure joy. We learned how to make traditional and simple dishes that can easily be recreated in our own kitchens. The reward at the end is a fabulous lunch in the garden.

I took a cooking class with a tour group and it was great. We broke into groups and each prepped different dishes. But the main dish was prepared by the chef so we didn’t mess it up. He demonstrated while we watched. We came home with recipes and I have added the cantaloupe gazpacho into my regular summer rotation. Super fun and tasty. A very memorable experience.

The kids had a blast learning how to make fresh pesto and sweet cookies, we also made gazpacho, onion pizza and fresh cod for main course. The hands-on experience allowed them to explore their creativity while picking up essential cooking skills. The beautiful countryside setting only enhanced the experience.
Highly recommend this class to anyone seeking a delightful culinary experience in Provence!
