Exceptional customer service. We booked 2 e-bikes late in the evening before and then turned up at the wrong location for our rental. Phoned the business and they agreed to deliver the bikes within 15 mins to where we were standing at the time at a minimal cost. The bikes were top quality, and they provided everything we need to have an amazing experience on the bikes - this included a phone holder with a power pack, a log-in to Komoot app which had routes already setup, and an offer of first aid! The route gave us the full cassis experience and he even collected the bikes again at the end! Top quality customer service, couldn't thank him enough (particularly as it was on our honeymoon)! Highly recommend if you're visiting cassis anytime soon. Will book again.
