Where to start...
We turned up to check in. There were 2 people ahead of us. One man working on reception. It took a little over 30 minutes for us to be seen. In that time, 2 other staff members behind the reception just having a chat. Quite easily could've stepped in to assist.

Whilst checkin in, numerous people turned up to complain there was no air con, and the rooms weren't made up. I went to my room and, to be fair, it was OK.

My colleague went to his room about 30 minutes later to find it occupied by someone else! They'd checked in after us...

I cannot believe that this can happen with a computer booking system. Absolutely ridiculous.

Equipe tres accueillante, disponible, sympathique. Hotel calme. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet bien garni.
Piscine appréciable avec la chaleur.
A 1km 3 à pied du centre ville, top pour visiter Arles

L’hôtel n’a pas été rénové depuis des décennies et aujourd’hui l’ambiance des chambres et même des étages est sinistre et déprimante. Absence de bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique ce qui n’est plus acceptable. |Très trop cher pour les prestations offertes.
