Booked here for a week. Stayed one night during which I booked somewhere else for the following days. Nothing like what you're led to believe. Needs a considerable update.|Room was very small and dirty, and the smell was horrendous. One plastic chair even though two ofyouare staying. Mind, it would have been hard to fit another plastic chair in there.|Location is a lot further from centre than suggested.|However, one plus is that the number2 bus is just around the corner and takes you straight into Arles.|Arles is stunning and definitely worth a visit. Just not from this hotel

En el día de hoy 11/9/2024 nos retiramos de la habitación 25,un desastre.Empezando que llegamos a la noche y no teníamos luz para iluminar el camino hacia la habitación,y en el camino de casualidad vi que una parte estaba levantada por las raíces de un árbol,no me mate de casualidad,así comencé la noche.Luego me fui a bañar y había en toda la habitación una invasión de mosquitos, el hinodoro todo manchado de hace años,un asco la bacha del baño,
el tapón no andaba y quedaba toda el agua,no lo recomiendo .Un asco,una vergüenza.te pido vos,que sos el propietario no me escribas como haces con todos y pedís disculpas!Si querés dar un buen servicio a tus clientes,obvio yo no y ni lo recomiendo,arremangate la camiseta y laburen muchachos!

La habitación estaba llena de mosquitos vivos y muertos...por las paredes y las cortinas..el chico de la tarde de recepción,un encanto,pero el de la mañana ,todo lo contrario,mala cara cuando le dijimos que se había acabado el zumo de naranja..también había poco aceite en la aceitera y no nos atrevimos a pedirle..y al irnos para devolver la tarjeta-llave del hotel me tuve que esperar al menos 5 minutos porque no había nadie en recepción...
