This place was the PITS! The most troubling part was the customer service.
We traveled with a youth tour group. The students were given quad rooms, 4 beds from wall to wall. The kids had no place to even place their luggage! The front desk was less than accommodating when asked for another room. It took multiple attempts and many phone calls before we were, begrudgingly, given an additional room for our kids to sleep comfortably.

The rooms were very small. The bathroom shower wasn’t even big enough to allow my roommate to wash her hair. The smell in the bathroom was revolting. I am sure the bathrooms weren’t cleaned at all. The smell of urine was evident.

Since the rooms were ridiculously small for our students and too small for adults to congregate we wanted to use the common area. When we came downstairs the common area was closed and locked by 9pm, although they weren’t supposed to close until 10. The second night when we tried to gather in the common area the receptionist told us that it closed at 8, slammed the door in one of our parents faces and wouldn’t allow us in, although they weren’t supposed to close until 10. They eventually allowed us to use the space until 10, but warned that we should not take a mess!

Hôtel totalement incompétent !!
J’attend toujours le remboursement de la caution qui a étais prélever par erreur !! C’est une catastrophe bientôt 15 jours que j’attend ! Bande d’incompétents apprenez à faire votre travail et remboursez les gens ! Bande de voleurs !
