Fantastic location a stone’s throw from everything. The hotel has no parking and the parking they recommend was about 500m from the hotel with no working lift. So getting to and from the hotel carrying suitcases was a pain. Breakfast is €15 but basic and lacked fruit and the rooms were fine but basic/dated. For the price, expected nicer bed linens.

Clients fidèles depuis de nombreuses années nous regrettons de n'avoir pas retrouvé tout ce qui faisait le charme de l'hôtel notamment les petits déjeuners servis à table qui le distinguaient des chaînes impersonnelles et la belle salle enlaidie
Heureusement que nous avons retrouvé Fabrice et Noël toujours aussi accueillants et professionnels

we went to the Jorja Smith concert at the 2000 year old Roman amphitheater This hotel is literally steps from the venue. ice rooms good service friendly people. A wonderful experience.

Hotel ideally located for visiting the historic centre of Arles. Overnight parking in nearby multi storey which is discounted at the hotel. Staff very helpful and efficient. Both receptionists we encountered spoke very good English. We had booked the suite that had its own balcony. Very good sized room with good air conditioning.

Changement de propriétaire: l’accueil est toujours aussi sympathique, chambres propres.Les quelques modifications apportées laissent un souvenir mitigé.Prix en hausse, buffet de petit déjeuner, pourquoi pas, encore faudrait il veiller à la qualité des produits (œufs brouillés en poudre, "bacon" innommable, pâtisseries industrielles, salade de fruits sous vide etc). Que dire d'un frigo en chambre vide de boissons softs à chercher à l'accueil fermé à 22 h 30. Le client serait il à ce point malhonnête pour mettre en péril ce fond d’investissements par des consommations non réglées de Perrier/coca? Mesquin et minable.

In our travels through beautiful France, where we moved to the south this spring, we arrived in Arles looking for a central hotel for the night. We were attracted in our internet searches by Hotel De L’Amphiteatre. The architectural novelty and the unitary, eclectic, visually pleasing decor, the presence of contrasts in every aspect of the arrangement, old and new, elegant and simple, their unique harmonization, directed our steps directly to the reception, without a prior phone call. In addition to the fact that we did not have a reservation made in advance, but simply set up directly at the reception, we were welcomed with great warmth and friendliness, immediately offering us two cool, spacious rooms, equipped with everything necessary for a hotel of this category. The parking lot is very close and very safe, next to the park, where the police station is located, despite everything that various tourists describe here, it is worth a few steps towards the hotel where you will be compensated by the chic atmosphere of the hotel and a pleasant, kind staff, always willing to support you for accommodation or to indicate important points to visit around the location. An additional reason, and perhaps the most important for me personally, that happened in this hotel, was the fact that I forgot a suitcase in the hotel lobby (with very important things), which the staff supported me with all the necessary information for its recovery. I will return whenever I have the opportunity to this beautiful hotel, unique and full of beautiful people and I will also recommend it wholeheartedly to all friends and visitors who want to step foot in it.

Un hôtel avec beaucoup de charme à deux pas des arènes.
On se croirait remonter le temps.
Le petit déjeuner est très fourni.
Seul bémol il faut se garer au parking du centre mais ce n'est pas très loin non plus et vous passerez devant le restaurant le criquet que je vous conseille voir mon avis sur ce restaurant

Quizás sea adecuado para franceses, ingleses o clientes con nociones de otros idiomas. Esfuerzo "cero" por intentar comunicarse con nosotros.

Acabo de recibir respuesta de ustedes. Es curioso que en un hotel donde se supone que reciben huespedes del pais vecino, ninguna de las dos personas que encontramos en recepción intentaran interactuar en otro idioma que no fuera francés, aunque fuese con traductor del móvil como hicimos nosotros. En cuanto al ruido, era obvio que tenian conocimiento de ello ya que hubo más huespedes que se quejaron. No discuto que sea un edificio antiguo y seguramente con muchas restricciones en cuanto a adecuaciones del mismo pero... un buen aislamiento en habitaciones y... por cierto... una bañera a la que no tengas que entrar o salir con pértiga debido a su altura y un water con algun tipo de ventilación, ya que no tiene,... también estaria bien.
