Hôtel très bien placé tout près de la gare, du Rhône et de la vieille ville historique d'Arles. Le personnel est très accueillant, sympathique et arrangeant. Les chambres sont propres et grandes et bien équipées et le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Je recommande cet hôtel !

We spent one night in this pleasant hotel. The location is perfect, near the river and in the fascinating town of Arles. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room comfortable, and some rooms have a view of the river. Many thanks. We hope to return.

Séjour en oct 2024, 2 nuitées.
L’hôtel est très bien placé pour accéder en ville à pieds, 2 garages à disposition, cependant pas de remise de clé pour fermer à clé ce garage. Dommage que l’on ne puisse plus accéder à l’hôtel avec sa voiture après 21h30, car personne a la réception pour ouvrir le plot au milieu de la rue qui donne accès au garage de l’hôtel.
Chambre propre, trop d’escalier à monter, nous étions au 2eme + un faux etage ça fait 3 étages à monter sans ascenseur.
Odeur nauséabonde dans le couloir le matin, on n’a pas su f’ou ça venait.

Au pied du hyper centre-ville, petit hôtel très agréable. Les chambres sont soignées. L'accueil impeccable et les propriétaires très sympathiques.

I reserved for 3 nights, but checked out the first morning and found a different hotel, due to a bunch of small and medium problems with Hotel Regence. Any one or two of these issues, I could've worked around, but there were just too many.||Such as: No hot water in the shower even after I ran it for several minutes. Refrigerator locked when reception closed, which is late afternoon, so no ability to keep food or chill drinks overnight! Your one key card has to be inserted in the slot in the room or ALL power outlets shut off - so you cannot charge anything, such as camera batteries, when you step out of the room (you need to take the key card with you). AC was weak and it took several hours to get the room feeling not humid. When I checked in after hours, note they left with my key did not have wi-fi info, which was hidden in an unlabelled booklet in the room which I did not find.||So I checked in late, and left the next morning. Later, I saw they had charged my card for all three nights in advance. I wrote them several times asking about a partial refund. Even though they had responded to several of my emails before I arrived, they have completely ignored the emails I sent asking about a partial refund after I left, and have never written back.

Φθορές στους τοίχους. Άσχημες μυρωδιές. Το σημαντικότερο είναι ότι έχει πολύ βρωμιά και αμφιβάλω αν αλλάζουν σεντόνια όταν αλλάζει ένοικος. Κακό για τη δημόσια υγεία.

LOCATION to historical sights, restaurants, shopping is perfect. If leaving on a Rhône cruise, literally a 5 minute, easy walk to port. Extremely clean, quiet and functional rooms, with very pleasant staff. Highly recommend! The only downside is no elevator, but staff will assist you.

Sono stata durante la settimana di inaugurazione del Festival della Fotografia di Arles. La posizione è ottima, la facciata purtroppo è trasandata e la stanza molto molto piccola (non più di 8 mq), ma certamente pulita. Il prezzo non è in linea con un due stelle, dovrebbe costare almeno un 25% in meno. Non lo consiglierei se non per un'occasione come quella del Festival in cui c'è molta carenza di posti letto o per un soggiorno breve.

そして何よりオーナーがとても良い夫婦でした。
因みに現在レンタサイクルの貸出はやっていないそうです。

Very shabby exterior but fine inside. No lift, immaculately clean and everything worked well for a two star, nice enough breakfast. Parking a nuisance even for a motorcycle. No lift. Get a room with a river view. Friendly owner.

Einfaches Hotel, in der Nähe zum Zentrum. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Die Betten bequem. Würde wieder buchen!

Dès l'accueil téléphonique, nous savions que nous aurions affaire avec des gens très sympathiques. L'accueil en présentiel a été parfait. Les conseils donnés l'étaient tout autant. La qualité du service, la disponibilité, l'écoute étaient parfaites. La situation était idéale, près de la gare et suffisamment loin pour n'avoir aucune nuisance. Suffisamment près de tout pour profiter au mieux de notre trop court WE. Mais que dire de la vue plein ouest pour voir un magnifique coucher de soleil ! Nous recommandons !

I thought Avignon was beautiful, and then I came to Arles ... it's easy to see why Vincent Van Gogh (and everyone else) fell in love with it. The hotel is just inside the city walls, a short walk from the train station. It faces the river. My single room was clean, quiet and comfortable. My bicycle was safely stored in a garage next door. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommended.
