Mes amis et moi sommes arlésiens et nous sommes allé boire un verre au bar de l’hôtel, ouvert aux public de l’extérieur.Au moment de payer le barman a complètement pété les plombs parce que l’un de nous avait besoin de faire un réglage sur son téléphone pour payer ,ce qui a pris 30 secondes montre en main. Le Barman a prétexté que nous gênions la
Prise de commande d autres personnes pour s énerver et monter brutalement dans les tours, alors qu il n y avait personne derrière nous. Visiblement quelqu un qui au mieux a du mal à gérer son stress, au pire devait avoir 3grammes dans le nez…ce qui dans un cas comme dans l’autre ´ n’est pas une raison pour agir de façon odieuse et grossière. Bien content qu il soit passé pour un hystérique aux yeux des autres clients

The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything in the center. The hotel was an oasis. The staff were kind, friendly, and accommodating. The pool was perfectly cool and relaxing, with an Aperol Spritz in hand after a long, hot day of sightseeing. The room was dreamy, overlooking the forum with a gentle breeze coming into the French balcony. We wouldn’t change a thing, except the limited time spent. I wish we could stay for a month!
