Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, l'accueil est très agréable, l'hôtel très bien placé à 2 pas de la vie Arlesienne sans être bruyant.

Nous revenons chaque année dans cet hôtel très bien situé où nous avons toujours été bien accueillis, les chambres sont propres et grandes, nous obtenons sans problème une chambre très calme, le petit déjeuner est efficace et varié avec des fruits frais.

I have just used the service they provide for luggage storage. It was sa very unpleasant experience. They didn't have my reservation that I paid online. They didn't have a qr code reader. And they treated in a very unpoliteway, like I was the one wronging them.

Perfect location. We were there for five days and had a nice room with a huge balcony overlooking the main street of the city. We were just inside the city wall so parking just outside was simple. The staff was great and could not be more accommodating when it came to anything like parking, coffee, etc..
