L’Arlatan est l’un de nos restaurants préféré à Arles, le cadre est magnifique mais ces derniers temps nous avons été déçus par le service lent et peu attentif. Nous avions commandé du riz qui est arrivé 20 minutes après les plats…sans une excuse de l’équipe, pas de pain servi à table non plus, ni d’amuses bouche avec nos apéritifs. De plus le sol de la terrasse était sale, jonché de serviettes, piques en bois et de mégots. La vaisselle était ébréchée et fendue. Pour au final une addition salée non méritée.

We had the most amazing experience at this hotel during our recent stay. We don't typically splurge for hotels when traveling, so we found this to be actually very reasonably priced. Service was great and everyone was so helpful. Location is a bit away from the main roads, but was never a hassle.

We are OBSESSED with the designer and were in awe of how gorgeous the hotel was. So glad we made the choice to stay with you.

We were rejected at the desk since “no tables were free”. Double-checked online: Lots of free tables. Guess our clothing was too legere or we did appear too “poor”. We’ll spend our money elsewhere.
