This wonderful hotel has everything: clean cosy rooms, modern bathrooms, a large shady garden with a superb pool, excellent breakfasts and a location literally 5 minutes from the old town of Arles. But best of all is Jean-Pierre, gracious owner and impeccable manager, who actually drove me himself to LUMA one morning when no taxis were available.

After a long drive from the Pyrenees I dove straight into the cool swimming pool. First impressions from the outside are of a 50's French housing estate don't despair. The hosts are friendly. The garden setting inside is quaint. The rooms are spacious and air conditioned. Location is very good easy walking to the old town center. Nearby restaurants either side of the river are good. Downside is no kettle in the room or in the common area for a cup of tea before bed, the night desk did get us a kettle of boiling water. We've enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely small hotel. It is well situated, right across the bridge from the center of town. When I arrived, Jean-Pierre greeted me warmly. There is a beautiful outdoor area with a pool you can swim laps in. The room was very nice and there was a walk in shower. Jean-Pierre makes the breakfast and it is very good. I would stay here again.
