We booked a junior suite. The Picture of the junior suite was NOTHING like the room we had. There was a bedroom and a small alcove with two twin beds. The lighting in the hotel room was dark. Maybe a 20 watt bulb was used. The telephone did not work. The shower sometimes worked. The closet barely held any clothes. We kept our clothes in our suitcases. Glad we were there for only 2 nights. There was no manager on site to submit our complaints…only day staff. We were told we would have to wait for Manager on Monday. We were checking out on Sunday. There was no lobby, only a “rustic room with tables” for breakfast. Location was good but I do not recommend this hotel as the room was falsely advertised and when we complained, they did not care. There are other hotels in Arles that seemed nicer.

Great, central location for a stay in Arles. About a block away from the Saturday market and very close to a number of restaurants, cafes, and sights we enjoyed. Small room but very comfortable and clean. Staff were very nice and informative. If you are driving, there is parking in a nearby garage; ask the front desk for the location and for reduced parking rates - they have an arrangement with the garage.

Very cute and comfortable hotel in the main centre of Arles. Parking is available nearby in the garage, and you can pay in advance (lower price) at the reception. The rooms were impeccable and they had all the listed amenities. ❤️

Ambiance cosy dans cet hôtel charmant. La chambre 12 est un peu petite mais suffisante pour une nuit.
Accueil très sympa.
Dans la chambre : Tv, nespresso, et produits de salle de bain (y compris sèche cheveux). Bagagerie proposée mais non fermée.

Petit déj sous forme de buffet très correct.
Rapport qualité prix en centre ville correct. Belle terrasse pour boire un verre ou déjeuner le midi seulement. Bravo
