O espaço tem muito potencial! Fica no núcleo turístico de Arles, portanto excelente localização. Preços convidativos aos turistas. Entretanto, há que reformular o atendimento, pois este dececiona. Sem qualquer critério de atendimento, clientes que sentam-se depois e são atendidos primeiro, esquecimentos de pedidos, demora na entrega dos pratos e, para finalizar, a falta de simpatia quando apontamos para um aspecto de demora nos serviços, para além de terem cobrado itens sem serem consumidos (necessidade de sempre confirmar a fatura em papel). Enfim, é necessário reverem alguns aspetos para aumentarem as avaliações positivas.

Awful burgers. The food came out before the drinks. We all ordered medium burgers. One of us got medium, one got a broken burger patty with the two sides cooked to different degrees, and the third had to send the burger back as it was dripping blood. Seemed like they had been sitting there for a while as the buns were not toasty, instead they were wet. Woukd not recommend.

Outdoor dining in a shaded square, they have a gentle cooling mist that turns on every few minutes. The food was good and the portion sizes were generous.
