Chambre et salle de bain impeccable. Grande piscine propice à la détente. Petit déjeuner continental irréprochable.
Bref un rapport qualité prix au top!

- Restaurant: food options online were misguiding and not the same as in real life. Very limited menu. Furthermore, we had to wait for our food for a long time. When it arrived, it was cold and there was a piece of hard plastic embedded in my son’s food which he was about to eat. On top of this, they tried to charge us the full amount of the diner, including the cold item with the piece of plastic which we obviously didn’t touch anymore and refused to pay for. Never experienced something like this.
- Rooms: Room actually was ok, but no handsoap to be found. Asked at the reception and was told there was none. Also a first for me.
So in summary: would not recommend to stay here.
Edit: Response to the owner’s comment that I am stating something that is not true: This did happen so I am not sure why you are stating otherwise. Here is a more elaborate description of the events: I went to the waiter and asked for my bill. I got the bill and asked if the cold piece of food with the hard plastic was included. The waiter said “yes”. I then asked for it to be removed due to obvious reasons. The waiter said he had to ask his manager for this. I waited for the manager and explained to him that I was not going to pay for that particular piece of food. The waiter then deducted it from the bill. This is what happened.

Nella realtà , la pulizia è un optional in questo hotel..
La moquette dei corridoi è sporca e all entrata dell ascensore la polvere e tutto il resto non si puo descrivere.
Alla domanda fatta in reception, ciao è stato detto che non ci potevano fare nulla ..
Per quanto riguarda il cibo , scadente che non si puo descrivere..
Un solo ragazzo a servire un gruppo di 40 persone ..
Il giardino tenuto male con aiuole piene di erbacce ..
Riferito all agenzia , che prenderà provvedimenti..

Le gardien de nuit est rentré dans ma chambre à 2h du matin avec son pass en allumant la lumière. Une erreur à priori.
A mon réveil, je découvre entre 2 meubles une culotte souillée, manifestement le ménage n'avait pas été réalisé. Hôtel très bruyant avec des portes qu'il faut claquer pour les fermer. Pas un mot d'excuse lors de mes explications. Une nuit à plus de 200€

Personnels très sympathiques.
Les chambres sont très agréables, propres, bonne literie. Le personnel est très compétent et très souriant. Merci beaucoup à Patrice (serveur du soir) qui fait tout pour qu’on se sente bien. Merci à toute l’équipe.
