Hôtel de France 酒店最近进行了重新装修，显得高雅而富有品味。宽敞的客房分为三类：Charme、Prestige 和 Suite，均以浅色系重新装修，配有现代家具、舒适的大号床或特大号床、连接浴室和淋浴/浴缸。早餐室的前身是一座18 世纪的剧院，其造型和舞台幕布都被保留了下来。酒店距离罗通德（Rotonde）停车场仅 50 米，如有需要，可向前台咨询驾车前往步行街的路线。

Tiro 1 estrela por causa do péssimo café da manhã. Ovos mexidos com gosto ruim, café frio, pouca variedade de pães e frutas, frios de péssima qualidade. Pior ovos mexidos que já vi em hotel. Não tem bacon, ovos cozidos, mini salsichas, creme de avelã, nada. Para tomar um xícara de café você deve pedir aos atendentes. Café poderia ser até às 11 horas. Por tudo o que o hotel oferece, o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Achei bem pobre e simples. Por outro lado os quartos são amplos, limpos, com banheira, roupão, chinelinhos, creme, shampoo, secador de cabelo, chaleira elétrica, frigobar, cofre, etc. Não tem aquecimento central. Há um ar condicionado no quarto. É silêncioso. Excelente localização. Excelente atendimento. Não tem estacionamento. Os estacionamentos da cidade são caros, em torno de 25 euros por 24 horas. Deixamos no parking rotunda e viemos a pé com as malas. Não falam espanhol, apenas francês e inglês.

The location is excellent! It’s right in the old town and so you step out and you’re right in Aix. The rooms could show more care - things like mirrors and light fittings changed, but then holes not filled in and over painted. For what was actually an expensive stay (particularly in relation to the rest of our trip), it seemed a bit cheap to have not completed these jobs and finished the room off nicely. Also, in the land of Cezanne, it was a shame to have bare walls. It’s a shame because I think it’s a nice hotel, but they could show a bit more care, thought and effort to make the rooms a bit more special.

Chambre 402 non chauffée un peu plus chaude après 3 heures. La nuit, nettement trop froid. La chambre n'est pas faite malgré l'engagement de faire des efforts. Des cafards dans la chambre la nuit ! La facture ne peut pas être imprimée et n'arrive pas non plus par voie électronique.
Seul le petit déjeuner était bon et l'internet a fonctionné normalement à partir du deuxième jour.

Un très jolie hôtel je recommande ! Merci à la réceptionniste pour le petit détail pour la baignoire ;)

Fantastic location, although the tiny square outside is tourist central with a couple of pubs and a Starbucks. Don’t try to drive up to the hotel, the square is essentially pedestrianised. Rooms are pretty basic. Don’t approach with expectations of charm. You are paying for the location, a decent bed and a decent shower in an adequate clean room.
