Hôtel de France 酒店最近进行了重新装修，显得高雅而富有品味。宽敞的客房分为三类：Charme、Prestige 和 Suite，均以浅色系重新装修，配有现代家具、舒适的大号床或特大号床、连接浴室和淋浴/浴缸。早餐室的前身是一座18 世纪的剧院，其造型和舞台幕布都被保留了下来。酒店距离罗通德（Rotonde）停车场仅 50 米，如有需要，可向前台咨询驾车前往步行街的路线。

Idéalement placé je ne comprends pas que cet hôtel soit noté avec 3 étoiles !
Je ne laisse jamais de commentaire mais là c’est honteux
Chambre sans ampoule, sdb avec des joints immondes des saleté, tête de lit tachée… poussière …
Terrasse avec vielles chaussettes et déjections de pigeons depuis des lustres

Very friendly guy on reception. Gave us great directions & a map. We stayed with our small maltese dog and enjoyed it. Right in the centre of it all. Plenty of bars & restaurants all around. Perfect location hotel. Many thanks.

Good receptionist and good breakfast in a nice room that once was a little theatre (stage is still visible) but the room was needing a better clean. We stayed 1 night and did not complain but my suggestion to the hotel is to pay more attention in cleaning the dust in the rooms. Hotel is in a nice little square with lots of young people making happy hours and in a good position to walk in the city center.

La acogida fue muy amable. Personal muy atento. Habitación para 3 personas cómoda y espaciosa. Las camas, muy muy cómodas. Localización inmejorable en el centro. Tranquilidad por la noche.|Lo que nos ha decepcionado mucho ha sido el desayuno.

The room we received did not match the photos advertised online, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working. When we asked the manager to turn it on (as it was clearly listed as a feature), he refused, stating it was a policy to save electricity. His only solution was to open the windows — but right below our room were two noisy bars, making it impossible to sleep.
While the front desk staff was kind and helpful, the manager was inflexible and unprofessional. We had to leave the hotel the same night and find another place to stay. Despite requesting a refund for services not provided, the manager refused.
A very disappointing experience that does not reflect the charm of Aix-en-Provence.
