I almost never write reviews, and I’m not generally super picky, but this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Although the hotel advertised as having air conditioning in the rooms, they do not. The lobby is nice and chilled but the rooms were at 29 Celsius (85 degrees) all night. All this while there was a massive heat wave going on. I couldn’t sleep at all the second night of our stay and when we went to the front desk, they tried to blame it on us for changing the air conditioning settings. (Why would they provide a remote for the air conditioner if you aren’t supposed to use it? Makes no sense). The next night they moved our room and claimed the air conditioner would work, but it did not. There was no cold air coming from it whatsoever. The only slight relief was a fan that I placed right next to my bed. I’m kicking myself for not going back and reading recent reviews before I had time to cancel. The front desk staff was quite dismissive and rude for the most part, even though you can see that many recent reviews have said the same thing. |The pros (to be fair) are the amazing central location and that despite the busy area, the rooms are very quiet. Breakfast was mediocre. |Stay away unless they can actually fix their air conditioning problem and stop gaslighting people that it works. What a waste of money.

Location was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. |AC was unfortunately controlled remotely at a very high temperature. Needed a break from the heat but couldn’t get it in the rooms. If not for the fan provided on the desk it would have been intolerable.

pas de climatisation dans les chambres, il faisait plus de 30 degres, impossible de raffraichir avec le ventilateur mis a disposition|problème de plomberie, pas d'eau froide dans la douche, impossible de prendre une douche à l'eau bouillante|aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial|honteux.....

j'ai séjourné dans cette hôtel mi juin, aucune climatisation dans les chambres, il faisait plus chaud dans la chambre qu'à l'extérieur, et le pauvre ventilateur ne suffisait pas.
Après diner et au vue de la chaleur de la chambre, il faisait 30 à 23h, nous envisageons de prendre une douche pour nous rafraichir mais impossible, problème de plomberie, uniquement de l'eau brulante et toujours le meme problème le lendemain matin, problème signaler à l'accueil, il faut laisser couler l'eau très longtemps pour l'eau froide monte dans les étages ( nous avions laissé coulé 15mn au minimum sans succès)

La chambre et les équipements sont vieux, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas malgre l'intervention du personnel de l'acceuil qui m'affirme que ca fonctionne, il a fait 30 degres toute la nuit dans la chambre. La lumière dans la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas
