We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel les Quatre Dauphins ('The Four Dolphins') in September 2024. The hotel is in the old town district about an 8 minute walk from the train station (Aix en Provence SNCF). The area was quiet and safe, and it was only a short walk to many local sights and the main street (Mirabeau) for cafes, bars, and shopping. I believe that we were in room 41 (recommended). Would also recommend that you take the optional morning breakfast in the sitting room adjacent to the lobby. The staff were exceptional. Friendly and polite, and lucky for us, there was no problem assisting us in English. A great stay. We we would certainly go back.

excellent small size Hotel. Probably not for a Luxury stay but my flight got cancelled and I was happy to find a pleasant house to stay for one night, just a footwalk away from the centre.

Seul l'emplacement est bien (mais bruyant la nuit) ! Chambre horrible sous les toits, clim qui fait un bruit de l'espace et odeur de tabac froid. Pr le prix je déconseille fortement !

Really a cozy little hotel in the center of Aix en Provence. Very romantic and atmospheric. Beautiful and complete Provence style. Nice little rooms. A good place for a romantic weekend but would not recommend it for families with small children. There is no lift, so you have to be able to manage the stairs. Good and cozy breakfast buffet, but not a super large selection, but still in order, nice and clean, and satisfied the hunger

Et godt sted for en romantisk weekend, men vil ikke anbefale det til småbørnsfamilier. Der er ikke elevator, så man skal kunne klare trapperne. God og hyggelig morgenbuffet, men ikke super stort udvalg, men alligevel i orden, pænt og rent, og fik da stillet sulten.
