During the booking I accidentally selected one person instead of 2. I didn’t realize this and when I arrived with my wife I was happy to pay any upgrade charge, but their only recommendation was that I purchase an additional room, but that we would not be allowed to stay in the same room. I was confused so I asked for confirmation. Not a small bed, not a safety issue. I’ve never heard of such a thing. Congrats on winning my deposit.
